CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: January 15th 2025

Please review our cancellation policy below incase you find yourself  needing to cancel an appointment.

Cancellation policy

We understand life happens, and plans change. Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment by logging into your online profile and cancelling or by calling or leaving us a voicemail detailing your name and time of your appointment at (613) 728-2326. You can also email us at bookings@thechicnaillounge.com or hello@thechicnaillounge.com  to cancel. Times stamps of these calls and messages will be used to apply the conditions. These steps are to ensure you avoid cancellation charges.

 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your credit card on file will be charged with 50% of your invoice as cancelation fee. If you do not show up for the appointment and do not cancel as well, your credit card on file will be charged with 100% of your invoice as no show fee.

Cancellation and no show charges will include a 13% sales tax.
